Please read carefully before accepting; 

We ask that all customers read thoroughly what we have set out before purchasing from us. 


As stated in the return policy we do not offer a returns option. However you need to contact us within 24-hours of receiving your item if it is damaged in anyway as it is insured through our couriers, if it is a fault of theirs. We do not offer a return on any item if you change your mind upon receiving the furniture. 

Custom Orders:

We do accept custom orders so please do ask us if you have any questions and/or requirements. Due to an item being custom (to fit the customers requirements) we can no longer resell this, therefore we ask the all of the agreed payment is made upon a discussion/quote provided. 


All deliveries are handled by a contracted courier firm and not directly Whizzy Woodworking. Once an order has been made we book this in for the customer and they will directly contact the customer to arrange a date/day to deliver to the customer. 


Be assured that we respect the current government guidelines when operating at Whizzy Woodworking HQ. We use gloves when we work and constantly have a mask on too. We also use nitrile gloves when we package up the furniture for you and clean it all done before shipping.
